Bloom into stillness,
one breath at a time.
Lotus Bloom is a small yoga studio in the heart of New Delhi, built around unhurried classes, teachers who remember your name, and the belief that strength and softness grow from the same root.
Three things every class holds onto.
Breath, first
Every sequence begins with the breath, not the pose. We teach you to let inhale and exhale set the pace, so the body follows willingly instead of being pushed.
Movement with meaning
From grounded Hatha to sweat-earned Power flows, every class is sequenced with a clear intention — never a random string of postures.
A room that knows you
We cap every class small on purpose. Your teacher will notice your tight hip, your good week, your bad one — and adjust accordingly.
Six ways onto the mat.
Whether you want to sweat, stretch, or simply sit still for a while — there's a class built for that mood.
Hatha
Grounded postures, held longer, for building a steady foundation.
Vinyasa Flow
Breath-linked movement that builds heat, then lets it go.
Yin & Restorative
Long, supported holds that soften deep connective tissue.
Power Yoga
A strong, athletic sequence for when you want to work.
Prenatal
Gentle, trimester-aware sequences guided by certified teachers.
Meditation & Pranayama
Seated stillness and breathwork to close the day, or open it.

What members say after a few weeks in.
"I came in unable to touch my knees, let alone my toes. Six months later I can hold crow pose. More than that — I sleep better."
"The teachers actually watch you. My alignment cues here fixed a lower-back ache three physiotherapists couldn't."
"Prenatal yoga with Meher got me through both my pregnancies. Calm room, zero judgement, real expertise."
