Before you book

Common questions.

I've never done yoga before. Which class should I start with?

Start with Hatha or Meditation & Pranayama — both are paced for complete beginners. Your first class is free, so tell the front desk it's your first time and your teacher will adjust the class accordingly.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

No. Mats, blocks, straps and bolsters are all provided and sanitised between classes. You're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Can I freeze or cancel my membership?

Monthly memberships can be paused once for up to a week with 48 hours' notice. Quarterly memberships include a two-week freeze. Cancellations require 7 days' notice before the next billing date.

Is prenatal yoga safe throughout pregnancy?

Our prenatal classes are trimester-aware and taught by a certified prenatal instructor. We ask members to get their doctor's clearance first, and to let the teacher know which trimester they're in before each class.

Do you offer classes online?

Yes — a small live-streamed schedule runs alongside the in-studio timetable for members who travel. Ask at the front desk for the current online schedule.

Still deciding?

Your first class costs nothing.
